Individual and Group Training  Lesson

  • sessions must be purchase up front to confirm booking​​​​​

  • Training sessions rates are based on 1 training session per week.​​​​​​​

  • ​​More than 1 training session per week are available upon request​​​​​​​.​​​​​​​​

Private AND Group training  Lesson Cancellation Policy

​

  • ​Same day cancellations will result in full charge of lesson fee.

  • Failure to cancel a lesson within 24hours  or “no shows” will result in full charge of lesson.

  • ​there is no make up leassons for a single individual  on group training.

  • Private lesson packages are set up with an expiration date.

  • No refund will be issue after athlete has begun training.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT OF BUSINESS OWNER PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. THIS IS A LEGAL DOCUMENT THAT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.  

In consideration of being permitted to enter the premises, use the facilities, and/or participate in activities at BRAZUSA, LLC, 7901 Ravenwood circle., Houston, Texas 77055/ (the "Activity"), I, the undersigned, for myself, my heirs, and representatives, hereby agree to the following:  

EXPRESS NEGLIGENCE: I HEREBY RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE, AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE BRAZUSA, LLC, its owners, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, "Releasees") from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury (including death) that may be sustained by me, or to any property belonging to me, WHETHER CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES or otherwise, while participating in such activity or upon the premises. 

INDEMNITY:I HEREBY AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS the Releasees from any and all claims, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages, and liabilities, including attorney’s fees, brought as a result of my involvement in the activity, INCLUDING THOSE CLAIMS BASED ON THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES. 

ASSUMPTION OF RISK: I am aware that the activities may involve inherent risks, including property damage, serious injury, or death. I voluntarily assume all risks, known or unknown, associated with the activities. 

GOVERNING LAW: This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. 

I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, AND SIGN IT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY.
